Marketing Intern, US HCP Marketing, METAPLUS, HPP

This is what you will do:
The Marketing Intern, US HCP Marketing, META+, HPP will work with the Director, US HCP Marketing, Meta+ HPP (and team), to support development of key initiatives, including: unbranded and branded assets, speaker bureau materials, conference experiential engagements, and additional tools for field teams in alignment with the near-term and longer-term business operating plan. The incumbent will also partner cross-functionally with the PRC review team (Medical, Legal, Regulatory), the Regional Account Managers, the Thought Leader Liaisons, and other key stakeholders to drive disease education, trial, and repeat product adoption for appropriate HCP target audiences.
You will be responsible for:
  • Support the implementation of the brand story in alignment with cross-functional enterprise-wide partners, including medical, regulatory, and legal
  • Partner in the development of innovative strategic initiatives for disease education and awareness
  • Help to develop and roll-out promotional materials to support execution of brand and disease messages to HCP audiences
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators for marketing tactics
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross functional teams, including PRC, market access, and the field sales organizations to develop market insights
  • Collaborate with field sales team to identify best practices and uncover needs/ trends and build relationships to improve consistency of brand strategy execution
  • Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and compliance stakeholders to ensure compliant development and execution of all initiatives
You will need to have:
  • Must be minimum of junior or senior year in undergraduate college or university
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken language)
  • Expressed interest in career in marketing or other commercial function
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects across functional areas, and work independently when appropriate
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and/or successful experience operating in a team environment
  • The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment. As is typical of an office-based role, employees must be able, with or without an accommodation to: use a computer; engage in communications via phone, video, and electronic messaging; engage in problem solving and non-linear thought, analysis, and dialogue; collaborate with others; maintain general availability during standard business hours.

  • Undergraduate degree preferred
