US NMOSD Marketing Intern

This is what you will do:
The US NMOSD Marketing Intern is a valuable member of the commercial brand team and will play a critical role in developing and driving strategy, tactics, and operational excellence. This individual will report to the Director, US NMOSD Marketing . This individual will participate in material development, annual business plan creation (strategy and tactics), and launch pull-through/refinement.
You will be responsible for:
  • Providing project management for core marketing functions, including print inventory management, PRC approval, and other duties to be described
  • Supporting development, testing, and implementation of marketing resources and messages
  • Analyzing impact of marketing messages across well-defined customer segments and promotional channels
  • Providing support for the annual Brand Plan that defines the strategy for the indication including strategy and tactical workshops and outputs
  • Collaborating with NMOSD Marketing team, cross-functional partners, creative agency to deliver on the above
You will need to have:
  • Must be a current undergraduate student
  • The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment. As is typical of an office-based role, employees must be able, with or without an accommodation to: use a computer; engage in communications via phone, video, and electronic messaging; problem solve; engage in complex and non-linear thought, analysis, and dialogue; collaborate with others; maintain general availability during standard business hours
We would prefer for you to have:
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, including key principles of brand management
  • Experience or knowledge in secondary market research, ability to synthesize findings, and present recommendations
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently when appropriate or in teams
  • High level of interpersonal skills and highly adept in both verbal & written communication
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office software including: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Pursuing science or business undergraduate degree
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong scientific orientation and background
