Paralegal
Clayman Rosenberg Kirshner & Linder LLP is a boutique law firm specializing in criminal defense and civil litigation. We are currently looking for recent or impending graduates to fill our full-time paralegal positions for one to two years. Applicants must possess strong writing, editing, and organizational skills. The paralegals in our office play an integral role in case preparation and management. Paralegals are given the opportunity to work directly with all the attorneys on a variety of cases allowing the paralegals to gain familiarity with cases in both state and federal courts. Job responsibilities include reviewing and organizing documents, assisting at trial, attending client meetings, writing memoranda, and filing court documents.
