2023 HUMAN CAPITAL SUMMER ANALYST  
Human Capital Management at General Atlantic drives the strategic growth and development of teams across 16 global offices. GA’s New York based Human Capital team is looking for a Summer Analyst to join a 10-week program, beginning in June 2023. The Summer Analyst will work across the HCM team (Recruiting, Diversity, and Operations) and will contribute to the group’s near-term and long-term initiatives.

In this role, you will:
·        Support the recruiting team by scheduling interviews, generating job descriptions, maintaining the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), and facilitating Human Capital sponsored events
·        Develop ideas to enhance company culture, HR policy, communication strategies and employee programs
·        Assist in the planning and execution of events for the Summer Program and Affinity Groups
·        Collaborate with the team to create surveys and communications
·        Learn how HCM systems and tools are used, prepare reports as needed
·        Develop fundamental knowledge of GA’s structure and processes
·        Assist with managing on-boarding and off-boarding processes
·        Participate in broader Summer Intern Programming alongside other GA Interns and weekly HCM meetings

·        End of program presentation to the HCM team
 
QUALIFICATIONS
·        Are currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate institution
·        Have a proven track record of achievement in academic and other settings
·        Possess strong Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
·        Interest in Human Resources, Recruiting, and organizational development & design is a plus
·        Experience with data visualization is a plus
·        Are a strong written and verbal communicator
·        Show intellectual curiosity and are willing to go the extra mile
·        Are organized and have strong attention to detail with the ability to be proactive, solve problems, and multi- task
·        Are creative, solutions oriented, and bring an energetic and positive attitude
·        Ability to work in fast-paced environment and retain professionalism and accuracy
 
MORE TO KNOW
Eligible interns may receive first consideration for a future role on the Human Capital Management team. General Atlantic allows you to earn an hourly rate of $36 USD.
