The Revenue Division is seeking three full-time Revenue and Tax Specialist IIIs (RTS IIIs) for positions on the following teams: Walk-in Center and Call Center/Account Maintenance. Call Center positions offer a hybrid work schedule of in-person and remote work. Walk-in Center positions are full-time in-person. This recruitment will be used to fill additional RTS III positions that may become available within the next six months.
As a Revenue & Tax Specialist III you will:
  • Be responsible for responding to taxpayer inquiries
  • Answer phone calls, web notices, and emails
  • Process tax returns and payments
  • Research data and work within public databases
  • Create new accounts
  • Participate in and perform tax enforcement and compliance work 
All assignments focus on providing quality customer service to taxpayers and tax professionals. Specific duties vary across programs and tax cycles.
