Location: Hybrid | Plano, TX
We are looking for an IT Technical Intern for up to 10 weeks in our office to assist with the daily IT activities. The intern will be tasked with completing IT-driven initiatives with deadlines.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Troubleshoot hardware issues with laptops/desktops.
- Image new desktops/laptops.
- Resolve help desk tickets as needed.
- Assist with IT initiatives such as vulnerability management, OS patching, and major version updates, etc.
This is an ideal position for a college student currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or MIS.
- Good verbal communication and customer service skills are required.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software on Desktops and Laptops required.
- Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours a week but not to exceed 40 hours a week.
