HR Technology Consulting Intern

 
Emerging business professional who will join a team to assist the HR Technology Consulting Practice deliver professional services to clients to support them in any facet of the HR Technology Lifecycle.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
  • Works with National Practice Leader and VP Operations with operational tasks supporting tasks to ensure the smooth operations of the practice
  • Assists Business Development Executive with sales and prospecting activities in order to secure new HR Technology Consulting clients
  • Partners with HR technology consultants such as business analysts and project managers executing on the implementation of HR technology projects
  • Assists leader of Selection and RFP practice supporting request for proposals in order to help clients select new HR systems partners

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
 
·      Ability to work independently and complete tasks in timely manner
·      Must be highly self-motivated and customer centric with exceptional time management skills
·      Demonstrated ability and high desire to ensure customer success
·      Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high degrees of attention to detail, accuracy and poise under pressure
·      Ability to work with a collaborative work style
·      Ability to maintain strictest confidence
·      Ability to learn new applications quickly and effectively
·      Strong analytical skills and demonstratable experience in problem solving
·      Adapts easily to dynamic environment that changes frequently
·      Communication skills that include using tools such as Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word
·      Enjoys writing and understand value of proper grammar and sensitivity to tone
 
Education, Training and Experience:
 
·      Pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Majors can include but are not limited to business, STEM, information systems, or liberal arts
