Equity & Inclusion Internships: LA- Summer 2023

We have multiple equity and inclusion internship opportunities available. By applying to this posting, you will be considered for internship opportunities within this area. These internships will be located in the LA/ Burbank area. The selected interns will be expected to join us in the office on a regular cadence based on the intern managers in office schedule.

Duties could include:

• Create and manage social media content

• Take notes in departmental meetings

• Provide coverage on content (scripts, films, tv shows, etc.)

• Assist with putting together workshops and listening session for internal employees

• Provide general administrative support for domestic executives on the team.

• Read and evaluate submissions for the Access Pipeline programs.

• Experience in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite

• High level of confidentiality required

• Knowledge of working within equity and inclusion

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication + problem solving skills are required

• Strong attention to detail

• Must be actively enrolled in a U.S. accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)

• Must be a rising Junior, Senior or Graduate Student (18 years or older)

• Must be in academic good standing (2.8 or above GPA)

• Must have the legal right to work in the United States. U.S. International students must hold an F1 Visa to be considered.

• Experience in writing content coverage helpful, but not required

• Demonstrated interest in the entertainment industry and equity and inclusion specifically

• Knowledge about LGTBQIA, religions, neuro diversity, if possible
