Management Development Program (MDP) - 2023

Our Global HR team partners with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members.

In the US Management Development Program (MDP) at Hilton, we seek to select and develop the most talented and successful hospitality-focused students. During the program, applicants will have the opportunity to gain real-world experience with the preeminent global hospitality company. Trainees will be placed within our managed portfolio of hotels where you will find incredible locations and supportive work environments to help jump-start your career at Hilton.

What will I be doing?
The Management Development Program is a comprehensive nine-month development program. Our goal with the program is to prepare graduating college seniors for a rewarding career in hospitality as well as to train the managers of tomorrow. As an MDP, you will spend the first 9-12 weeks of your program participating in a general rotation through all areas and disciplines of the hotel to gain a full understanding of our business. The proceeding 24-27 weeks will then focus on a specific area of specialization. Specialization discipline choices may include Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping & Culinary.
This full-time paid training program begins in July 2023 and offers a competitive entry-level management salary. Upon successful completion of the program, job placement opportunities at one of our participating hotels are available. MDPs will most likely be placed at our “Big Box” and “High Revenue Generator” hotels in fabulous locations across the United States.
