Junior Engineer - Civil (Student)

Student Junior Civil Engineers with the City of San Diego have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and carry out a range of duties including:
- Gain experience in street and drainage design.
- Participate in materials testing and construction inspection as well as plan checking.
- Obtain hands-on experience in a professional engineering setting while pursuing an engineering degree.
- Responsibly perform with traffic engineering and transportation planning.
While obtaining a Bachelor's Degree or post-graduate degree in engineering, Student Junior Civil start at a competitive salary starting at $33.91-$41.04 hourly! Students work on a part-time basis and may work full-time during the summer and/or school vacations.
