Residential Family Partner - Sun-Wed, 11:00 pm - 9:00 am (East Boston)

We are hiring for a Residential Family Partner (awake overnight position) to assist and provide a safe living environment for our families while ensuring advocacy and referral services. Family Partners work directly with our clients and provide basic counseling skills of active listening and employee to develop our families’ capacities, build strong relationships, and serve as a positive role model nurturing interactions with clients and follow program guidelines for dress and behavior.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in related human service field preferred
- 1-year comparable experience in human services required; 1-year related experience in residential and human services preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
The following Full-Time schedule (awake overnight) is available in East Boston, MA:
- Sunday-Wednesday, 1100 pm - 9:00 am
