Job Developer (Employment Specialist)
Keystone Autism Services is seeking a Job Developer (Employment Specialist) to join our team in making a positive difference in the lives of the individuals we support.
Responsibilities Include:
- Network, develop and promote career-building opportunities for adults living with autism
- Assist in the development of customized employment for individuals receiving services
- Evaluate the skills of the individuals through the use of assessments as it relates to employment
- Plan and organize job search skills workshops and assist individuals with job search activities, mock interviews, resume preparation, completing job applications, and other skills as needed.
- Support individuals on job sites
- Provide evaluation and mediation between employer and employee post job placement; Assists in addressing any job related concerns
- Complete daily documentation as required

- $22.80 per hour, may increase based on relevant work experience

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field
- Minimum of one year job development and placement or related experience
- Valid driver’s license and daily access to a properly insured vehicle
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
