Business Analyst Intern

Let's Talk About Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst Intern ,  you will work directly with talented individuals of all levels.  With guidance from a departmental leader you will work in multiple aspects of responsibilities related to the product team. There will be projects and routine meetings/ceremonies that this person will engage in. Opportunities will present themselves to learn multiple solutions and domains. A high degree of collaboration will be required across teams, departments, etc. and responsibilities around communication – both written and verbal -  will be very important to success.
The right candidate for our internship will be expected to know commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the computer science process and rely on mentorship, instructions, and pre-established guidelines to perform the job's functions.  
This is preferred to be a remote role. Candidates will be asked to be available to participate in remote meetings.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • Ability to work full-time for 12 weeks during Summer 2023; program dates are May 22, 2023 – August 11, 2023 OR June 12, 2023 – September 1, 2023
  • Academic studies that will lead to a Bachelor's or Master's Degree (Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or Information Technology, or any related field)
  • The primary objectives of the Business Analyst Intern are to learn, support, engage with, and augment the duties of the MatrixCare product team.
  • Key responsibilities include basic requirements gathering, documentation, research, and learning of multiple tools/instruments/methodologies/processes involved with product development
  • Responsibilities will shift based on candidate’s technical background and acumen
  • Engages with teams and contributes in all settings and situations: meetings, presentations, team chats, email, one on one discussions
  • Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others with the intent to be heavily influenced
  • Ability to work independently and in a group setting

  • Defining user personas and problems

  • 2 or more years toward a Bachelor’s degree in a similar field.
  • Software solution/technology aptitude

Pay Range:
We are shaping the future at ResMed, and we recognize the need to build on and broaden our existing skills and continue to attract and retain the world’s best talent. All Interns will be hired through our staffing provider partner and will not be a direct employee of ResMed, your Recruiter will provide more details.
Individual pay decisions will be made by our staffing provider partner and are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
Base Pay for this position:
$18 per hour.
