Business Process Analyst
• Supports the creation and integration of process enhancements
• Delivers pre and post implementation validations and ensure product is delivered in accordance with business requirements
• Creates analytical plans to help guide each systematic exercise
• Manages the inventory testing and delivers performance results
• Delivers ad hoc analytics to support new business initiatives and help influence project decisions
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines and priorities
• Bachelors degree– degree in Finance, MIS, or Economics preferred
• 7+ years bank operations experience - collections and recovery experience in secure and/or unsecure lending preferred
• Strong PC skills including but not limited to Microsoft Suite software - programming SQL, SAS, Teradata, Python, R preferred
