Administrative Assistant

About the role 
We are looking to add a passionate and reliable administrative assistant with a passion for interior design to our administrative team. You will play an integral part in supporting daily operations, especially between leadership and administration. You as the administrative assistant will work 20 hours per week onsite.

You Will:
  • Assist with special event planning (happy hours, special meetings, cleaning days, etc.)
  • Send celebratory gifts to colleagues, associates, etc.
  • Act as secondary/backup administrative support when necessary
  • Send packages to business associates, colleagues, candidates, designers, etc.
  • Coordinate catering for special events and meetings
  • Assist with relevant documentation preparation (decks, etc.)
  • Beginning in Spring of 2023, act as part-time receptionist for new office location *
  • Serve as the first point of contact for anyone who enters office
  • Keep track of daily guest list and open door if needed
You Have/Are:
  • Previous administration assistant experience
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and communication skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
