Office Support Staff

Family Centers School Based Health Center (SBHC) team is sited at 5 school based clinics within the Stamford Public Schools offering medical, mental health, health education, and dental services to adolescent students.  
We are currently seeking a friendly, service-oriented office administrator whose primary responsibility is as receptionist for one of our school-based health centers in Stamford, CT. Responsibilities include recordkeeping, collecting data, scheduling appointments, and establishing positive rapport with the students, nurse practitioner, social worker, dentist, and school staff while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.   

Qualifications
  • Relevant experience including strong computer skills (proficiency with Microsoft Office and database software)
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to relate effectively to children and adolescents
  • Friendly, service-oriented personality
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
