Analyst in Transportation Policy
The analyst will conduct analyses that inform congressional deliberations on transportation policy including highway infrastructure, highway safety, driver licensing requirements, highway funding, and/or transportation revenues. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the history, trends, and current status of transportation policy and associated legislative and regulatory issues and interrelationships with the private sector and/or urban development, including a working knowledge of policies and positions of major stakeholders and demonstrate the ability to develop expertise in new areas.
