The Healthcare Customer Advisory Team is responsible for providing sales consultation to SAS customers on our product and solution portfolio. We pride ourselves in building healthcare customers’ trust and increasing the credibility of SAS in sales situations. With our clients we create a customer a business case on SAS technology & solutions and calculates value for the customer.
As an intern, you might:
- Assist in building demonstrations using the SAS software to address customer’s business use cases
- Research industry trends to execute/fit SAS solutions and technology with specific sales initiatives
- Work with senior members to talk directly to customers in the Healthcare industry
What we’re looking for

- You’re a student enrolled in an accredited program, not graduating prior to December 2023.
- Targeted majors: Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, Healthcare Analytics and/or Data Science
- An interest in sharing your technical skills with the wider world by shaping the customer journey through technology and analytics.
Nice to haves
- You've got experience in one or more of the following: SAS, R or Python, Tableau, and Power BI
- You get excited about data visualization & data analysis
- You've got working knowledge of statistics and data science
- You're comfortable presenting and speaking
Timeline

- Internship dates: May 16, 2023 – August 4, 2023. We can be flexible on start date if your university is on a quarter system.

Pay Transparency: The hourly rate for SAS internships is determined by the applicant’s year in school and the position they are hired into. Hourly rates range from $15 – $31 for associate’s/bachelor’s level positions and $29 - $49/hour for master’s/Ph. D positions. Internship roles are not eligible for bonus.
