The Customer Financial Assistance Program Manager is a member of the Customer Service group and Customer Service leadership team. This position will lead and help grow the Customer Financial Assistance program and team, with an emphasis on supporting staff to effectively achieve program-related performance and equity goals. They will ensure the Water Bureau continues to deliver timely, relevant, and robust discount programs, services, and resources for customers. They will help lower or eliminate barriers to access Financial Assistance programs and develop more streamlined processes. 

The position will oversee program objectives, establish annual goals; assess, review and report on progress toward achieving goals; and revise plans, workflows, and job aids to assure success. They will work with internal and external stakeholders such as the Bureau of Environmental Services, customers, community organizations, and more Job candidates with knowledge, ability, and experience working with a broad range of individuals and communities with diverse racial, ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
