Sales Operations Associate

Position Summary:

Liaison between sales and operations. Ensures successful order entry and fulfillment for these orders and communicates status effectively to both internal and external parties.

Essential Functions:
● Process orders from major partners, the sales team, and e-commerce website. Approve or deny all orders before production.
● Invoice and communicate with sales and external partners on payment status.
● Communicate order updates and issues to the sales team.
● Report on accounts receivable goals and take steps to improve performance on those goals
● Proactively contact customers to ensure timely payment on invoices
● Review incoming payments from customers and apply them to appropriate invoices
● Participate in customer service functions, including email, chat, and phone communications with customers
● Communicate partner expectations and order details to operations team, including timelines, prioritization, and incoming order volume.
● Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
● Deliver consistent excellent customer service to internal/external customers, colleagues and management
● Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
● Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship or Hospitality preferred
● Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs or equivalent, particularly Excel
● Strong work ethic
● Strong communication skills in English; including listening, speaking, and writing
● Maintain a positive, solutions focused attitude
● Ability to use good judgement and keep client information confidential
