Assistant Director of Employer Relations

Bryn Mawr College has an opening for an Assistant Director, Employer Relations, in the Career & Civic Engagement Center.

THE POSITION
Reporting to the Senior Associate Director for Employer Relations & Internships, the Assistant Director, Employer Relations, will organize, implement and market all activities related to employer recruitment of students and alumnae/i for jobs and internships, including the Campus Recruiting Program. This position will coordinate the recruiting program, which is comprised of employer partners who are hiring Bryn Mawr undergraduates for jobs and internships; this program is highly coordinated with Haverford and Swarthmore Colleges. The individual will collaborate with the Senior Associate Director of Employer Relations and Internships on the direction of the employer relations strategy, cultivate new employer relationships, and grow the recruiting portfolio. The Assistant Director will collaborate with all members of the Career & Civic Engagement Center team to deliver high quality services to employer partners, students, staff, faculty, and alumnae/i.

Advanced degree preferred. Professional studies and / or extensive experience in student development, higher education, counseling, marketing or related field desired. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. Must be highly adept at using technology and social media. Candidates should have experience with data analysis and data management, including advanced Excel skills. Experience with recruiting platforms, especially Handshake, is a plus. Should have a demonstrated record of success in proactive outreach to employers and alumnae/i. Strong marketing focus, team-oriented, and ability to work effectively in collaborative environment. Demonstrated ability and commitment to working with a diverse student and alumnae/i population. Commitment to working in liberal arts environment and ability to successfully represent the College and articulate the value of a liberal arts education to external partners.

The annual salary range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000.
