Assemble Partners is a New York City based, entrepreneurial media services agency started in 2013. We are navigating the new media landscape on behalf of our clients to get the word out about their products. Our current clients help people in the areas of mental health, healthy beverages, good sleep, weight loss and storytelling. We are finding that mastering audio communication is a transcendent path to authentic meaningful connection, and we have invested heavily in podcast messaging, to great results. We have helped the leading podcast advertiser become the leading podcast advertiser. Our success has led to our own growth and we need to build our team.
We are interested in our culture. We like movies. We listen to podcasts. We are, by nature, curious. We are willing to work hard to achieve a goal. We are thoughtful to other people. We want to put our time into things that make a difference. We have learned how to work as a part of a team. We also like to work on our own sometimes. We want work to be rewarding and fun.
As Assemble Partners’ data analyst, you will be working with our media vendors and clients to collect, manage, and analyze podcast impression and performance data. Most importantly, you will utilize vendor and client data to help media strategists and management develop actionable insights! You will be the bridge between connecting raw data to decision-making!
As the bridge between data and decision, the following skills are essential to succeed in this role:
-BA/BS degree, preferably in a quantitative field of study, or a quantitative interest demonstrated through coursework
-Previous work experience handling large datasets
-Highly skilled in excel and google sheets (Python is preferred but not required)
-Clear, timely, and efficient communication of data
-Ability to collaborate with coworkers
-Strong time management and task prioritization skills
-Ownership and willingness to develop your own projects
-Comfortable with large quantities of data
-Willingness to quickly learn about our company’s processes and media metrics
Please note that you must be able to start no later than June 1st, 2023. Furthermore, Assemble Partners follows the hybrid model, so you must be able to come in person at least 2 days of the week.
If this sounds like you, then please send a resume and thoughtful cover letter to David Heller firstname.lastname@example.org and Samuel Gartenstein email@example.com Your cover letter is an opportunity to explain what you're looking for, to emphasize what you can offer Assemble Partners, to differentiate your application from the others we receive and to show us you know how to express yourself clearly.
Thank you for reading about us and this job. We look forward to hearing from you!
