Departmental Analyst 9-P11
This Departmental Analyst position will develop, implement and maintain systems, forms and procedures in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Bureau, for the collection and reporting of data by various units of local government to the division as well as the Bureau of Local Government Services for compliance with PA 57 of 2018. Responsibilities will include the collection of data, ensuring its accuracy, and monitoring compliance. This position will be responsible for reporting discrepancies to the appropriate division staff, communicating with local units of government regarding failures to remit or remit timely, and generating other reports deemed relevant. Performs other related assignments for the Community Services Division.
The position will also assist in the review of applications for tax exemptions and other assignments providing services in the Bureau of Local Government and School Services.
