CDC Foundation Internship - Finance (Federal Financial Planning & Analysis)
Responsibilities:
- Shadowing members of the Federal FP&A team as they perform their duties.
- Assisting with streamlining the invoices to the jurisdictions process and -documenting
- Learning how to work as a part of the Federal FP&A Team and the Business Analyst
- Documenting Federal FP&A Team processes and procedures.
- Working with accounting and CRM software.
Qualifications and Necessary Skills:
- Must be a recent graduate or actively working towards a Bachelor’s or Masters in Finance or Accounting.
- Satisfactory completion of introductory accounting or finance courses and a basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
- Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
- Ability to work effectively with all staff and management, attention to detail, deadline driven and ability to work independently are essential characteristics of this position.
