PROGRAM EXPERINCE:
CSL Behring's Internship Program is a hands-on experience that showcases the daily innovation and operations of a leading biotechnology company. Our environment is collaborative, global, and purpose-driven. The 12-week intern experience will immerse students in meaningful, thought-provoking projects that contribute to CSL's promise to save lives and protect the health of people around the world. In addition to making an impact, students will be developed personally and professionally while cultivating meaningful relationships. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in leadership & development seminars, a structured mentorship program, community service, and team-building activities designed specifically for you.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role will contribute to specific projects as defined by the Immunology Global Commercial Development (GCD) team. This may include:
- Generation of customer-facing materials that support winning price negotiations
- Synthesis of secondary data and desk research to understand product COGS and cost structure
- Data gathering from multi-functional business sources including finance, manufacturing, and pricing
- Partnering with global and regional teams to gain alignment on price negotiation strategy
- Pricing and market access launch support for product ahead of regulatory submission

- Improved ability to synthesize disparate information into a cogent analysis
- Enhanced communication and collaboration skills within a highly technical corporate environment
- Understand underlying pricing and market access constraints and opportunities to pharmaceutical products in market and in development
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled in a university business school
- Ability to communicate across different stakeholders – verbal, written and presentation
- Strong interest in learning pricing and value creation strategy
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to distill and synthesize disparate information sources
