Production Intern
We’re a mid-size creative marketing agency specializing in experiential events, communications, and training. We’re looking for a production intern to work as a part of our in-house creative and project management team. Our projects include anything from live and virtual events, speaker support graphic presentations, employee training initiatives and branded campaigns.

We’d love to hire a candidate who is organized, motivated, has a strong work ethic, and who can communicate easily within a larger team. In this role, you would work side by side supporting our Project Managers, learning our business from core team members.
Are you someone with great organizational and process skills and a keen eye for creative ideas? Do you have a good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Photoshop, MS Excel and MS Word and want to put those skills to good use? Are you able to multitask while keeping a positive can-do attitude no matter what? If yes, then this is the opportunity for you!
Typical day to day tasks may included hearing production requests and following through on workflow, learning what the different types of projects are and how to execute the tasks for our production teams. This could include talent or vendor research inquires, updating our databases, independent project work. tracking graphics requests or communicating with freelance resources.
You'd be working within our project management software (Airtable) to keep projects moving and organized. You may contribute to our marketing communications and creative projects, for both internal and client creative campaigns. You may listen in to our proposal and pitch process meetings, overseeing schedules, and contributing to creative ideation. Interns typically learn to coordinate project needs within the many of our company’s in-house departments such as events, account sales, digital and media. This is a position where you can garner real world skills to help you further your career while contributing in an energetic team atmosphere.
This role is a combo of remote and in office work. Our basic hours are 9:30-6:00pm Monday to Friday with Wednesday being our most common day to work as a team in our office.
Starting pay is $15/hour on a contract basis, but our wish is to convert this internship into a full-time position with company benefits.
