Human Resource Intern
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment and retention efforts of the County. Recruitment efforts include assisting in the management of the County HR’s social media presence.
- Assisting the Wellness Coordinator with employee wellness programming, quarterly newsletters, email communications, and flyers, attending Wellness Committee meetings
- Assist with employee recognition events.
- Assisting HR Specialist with creating and updating hiring packets and files for new employees
- Preparing monthly New Hire Orientation folders and updating orientation materials
- Assisting with posting accurate and up-to-date information to the Human Resources and Wellness sections of the internal employee website (MyEC)

Various administrative duties including but not limited to: greeting guests and applicants at the lobby window, mail processing, paper filing, copying, scanning, and folder creation.
