Event and Artist Services Coordinator

The Event Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of events at Spectacle Live's Lowell Memorial Auditorium and Nashua Center for the Arts. Duties include planning and managing a variety of events, such as concerts, theatre, conferences, corporate, and non-profit events. The Event Coordinator will work with a variety of vendors and stakeholders to ensure that all events are successful.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute Spectacle Live events
  • Work with a variety of vendors and stakeholders to ensure the success of events
  • Manage event budgets and timelines
  • Schedule and manage part-time event staff
  • Communicate with clients and event attendees
  • Manage event logistics, such as set-up, tear-down, and catering
  • Track event expenses and submit reports to management
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (event planning, hospitality, or a related field preferred)
  • A willingness to work nights and weekends, as dictated by event schedules
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
