About the Position:
Under the general direction of the Office Chief of Planning and Modal Program Management Division/Human Resources Office, a Staff Services Manager II, the Staff Services Manager I serves as the Hiring Position Management Branch Chief, overseeing all position management and hiring activities for all PMP divisions. As a Division of Human Resources (DHR) liaison, the incumbent serves as the Planning and Modal Program (PMP) subject matter expert on all hiring and position management issues. Analyzes, interprets and applies a wide variety of personnel laws, rules, policies, and processes, exercising a high degree of initiative and independent judgment when recommending and/or implementing solutions.
