Under the supervision of the UC ANR Associate Director for REC System, the UC ANR Project Analyst is responsible for the planning, monitoring, and closing of strategic projects as assigned. This includes communication and coordination across all disciplines, locations, and levels of the University and may involve external stakeholders. While each project is different, this work often involves complex data collection, analysis, and the summary of findings. This position is often asked to review and/or create written reports and presentations for both internal and external audiences. The Project Analyst is closely involved with all aspects of the UC ANR REC strategic planning process, including the collection and analysis of stakeholder input, meeting planning and facilitation, and data collection for annual reporting needs. Responsibilities often also include research and analysis of processes, policies, and related best practices to develop recommendations for possible changes to improve REC efficiencies and customer service. This position may also be tasked with managing the follow-up implementation of a new or changed process or tool, such as the REC Strategic Framework completed in 2021.

This position is a contract appointment that is 100% fixed, and ends two years from date of hire.

Pay Scale: $61,800.00/year to $85,900.00/year

This position will promote, in all ways consistent with the other responsibilities of the position, accomplishment of the Affirmative Action goals established by the Division.
