Recruiter, Junior Associate

Summary

LABUR has an exciting opening for an entry-level, Boston-based Junior Recruiting Associate who is ready to be challenged and take their career to the next level by getting into sales within an Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America and 2022 Best and Brightest in Wellness winner. This is a hybrid position based in a brand new, state of the art, open floor office space in the heart of Boston’s Financial District.   


What Will You Do?

  • Create and maintain documentation to enable Senior Associates to effectively prepare in advance for all client meetings and calls
  • Attend client calls/meetings and record notes to thoroughly document the content of the meeting/call
  • Closely monitor all relevant Sales data to ensure accuracy while also providing up-to-date, data-driven insights to Senior Associates
  • Assist Senior Associates in the creation of their daily plans
  • Conduct Sales research along with leadership and Senior Associates to guide and inform the Sales Team’s efforts
  • Assist with ad hoc day-to-day Sales activities as needed


Job Requirements

  • Some experience in a Sales role
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and understand new technology systems
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite – specifically, strong knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent work ethic, personal initiative and positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb time management and organizational skills
  • Willingness and ability to operate in a very hands-on capacity to contribute to the success of the Sales Team wherever needed
  • Ability to easily adapt to shifting responsibilities in a dynamic, agile environment
  • Ability to effectively work with multiple teams on a variety of projects
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • High level of professionalism and EQ
