Management Analyst- USAF Palace Acquire

We are seeking recent (within two years) undergraduate and
graduate students to be trained in Force Support Positions through
our PAQ Internship Program. Our positions are located throughout
the United States providing needed services to our active duty
service members, civilian Airmen, and their families.
Management Analysts conduct studies in the areas of manpower
requirement determinants, data analytics, consultant services,
programming factors, wartime support, and enterprise tools.
During your PAQ Internship, you will work shoulder to shoulder
with current Manpower Managers/Leaders and Management
Analysts on rewarding projects where you will make real
contributions and gain invaluable real-world experience as a
Management Analyst and potential future Manpower Leader.
Individuals who become Management Analysts shape the Air
Force and Department of Defense manpower resourcing decisions
through timely Management Engineering, Data Analytics,
Consultant Services, Process Improvement, and Enterprise Tools
and Training. In addition, Management Analysts leverage data
science methodologies to convert vast quantities of raw data
into meaningful information and insight to facilitate, optimize,
and expedite decision-making. Data is becoming more and more
available and accessible; steps are already in motion to merge
our proven practices with smarter, faster, and more visible means
of information delivery and analysis. Our leveraging of data
management; processing and cleaning methodologies in a cloud
environment; advanced modeling and simulation techniques;
and dynamic data visualization and reporting capabilities to
further our historic relevance and customer-focused capabilities
provide each customer an enduring capacity for real-time,
data-driven decisions.
U.S. citizenship required
• Recent graduate (within two years of completing degree)
or full-time undergraduate/graduate student enrolled in
an accredited college or university graduating during
current semester
• Individuals with degrees in Data Analytics, Business, Math,
Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• GPA 2.95 or above
• Ability to obtain Security Clearance (funded by USAF)
