Commercial Excellence (CE) Consultants advise our Life Science clients on ways to enhance the effectiveness of their sales forces. With the help of Axtria SalesIQTM, CE Associates regularly use data, analysis, and knowledge of the Life Science Industry and their client’s business, to ensure clients have a complete understanding of how to get their products in to the hands of their patients.

Potential Responsibilities may include (but not limited to) any of the following activities:
  • Leverage Axtria’s advanced cloud-based platforms, and other industry solutions to provide data insights and business process management involving planning, deployment, and performance management services.
  • Assist in the design and setup, communication, and implementation of sales, and multi-channel planning, Field targeting, deployment, and incentive programs.
  • Deploy Axtria SalesIQTM to set sales goals, calculate incentive payouts, and deliver great insights to sales force. 
  • Track and deliver AI/ML, predictive and descriptive analytics on planning and operations back to clients
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in predictive modeling and data science techniques.

About You (Personal Skills and Requirements)
  • Working towards a Bachelors/Masters with preference for those studying Business, Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Information Technology, MIS, and “science” degrees like Biology and Biomedical Engineering
  • Must have strong communication skills, comfortable in front of individuals, small, and large groups
  • Obsessed with working through and solving a wide variety of problems. Strong Work Ethic!
  • A dedicated Team player who enjoys collaboration with the primary goal of “getting it done”.
  • Must have strong Excel Skills - Desirable to have experience using Python and SQL
  • Graduating between December 2023 and June 2024
  • Must have permanent work authorization to work in the United States, without need of visa sponsorship.
