Growth! Advancement of your analytical and technical skills. A high performance culture of doing the RIGHT thing. Analysts and Associates in our Decision Sciences (DS) Business work in teams that provide advance analytics, data driven insights and solutions to solve complex business problems for our clients in the Life Science Industry. Our DS professionals are oriented towards coding. They create and apply algorithms, use quantitative modeling to advise clients and help them make strategic and tactical decisions to achieve their business objectives.

Potential Responsibilities may include (but not limited to) any of the following activities:
  • Conduct simple and advanced data analyses that help clients improve their patient health outcomes
  • Develop statistical models and algorithms to predict and analyze key business metrics and trends.
  • Apply AI/ML, advanced statistical econometrics, and optimization models to real-world business problems.
  • Present complex analytical findings to clients in support of making important business decisions
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in predictive modeling and data science
  • Work with a wide variety of appropriate modeling techniques, such as regression analysis, machine learning algorithms, clustering, neural nets, random forests, and deep learning algorithms

About You
  • Working towards a Bachelors/Masters preference given to: Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, and any Engineering Major 
  • Must have strong communication skills, comfortable in front of individuals, small, and large groups
  • Obsessed with working through and solving a wide variety of problems. Detail Oriented!
  • Dedicated team player who enjoys collaboration with the primary goal of “getting it done”
  • Must have Excel Skills - Desirable to have experience using Python, SQL, R
  • Graduating between December 2023 and June 2024
  • Must have permanent work authorization to work in the United States, without need of visa sponsorship.
