Growth! Advancement of your analytical and technical skills. A high performance culture of doing the RIGHT thing. Business Information Management Associates use cloud technology to ingest, integrate, and process data to build advanced data platforms and analytical ecosystems for our clients. Outputs include data warehouses, data lakes, lake houses ,data fabric and actionable insights across client’s data ecosystems. Simply put, our “Data Engineers” build and distribute data solutions for the Life Science Industry

Potential Responsibilities may include (but not limited to) any of the following activities:
  • Working on cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP and Axtria DataMAxTM  
  • Play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of our data and analytical ecosystem systems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to ensure the availability, accessibility, and reliability of data assets
  • Hands-on data engineering, data processing, ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) technologies for building distributed data solutions using tools such as Apache Spark and Apache Airflow.
  • Supporting Enterprise Data Management efforts, such as Data Quality, Master Data Management, Data Governance and Data Stewardship.
  • Driving insights on Sales Performance, Sales Effectiveness, Omnichannel and Market Access.

About You
  • Working towards a Masters with preference given to those studying Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Math, Stats, or Operations Research
  • Must have strong communication skills, comfortable in front of individuals, small, and large groups
  • Obsessed with working through and solving a wide variety of problems. Adaptable.
  • Dedicated team player who enjoys collaboration with the primary goal of “getting it done”
  • Desirable to have experience using Cloud Technology, SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI; strong Excel skills
  • Graduating between December 2023 and June 2024
  • Must have permanent work authorization to work in the United States, without need of visa sponsorship.
