Summer 2024 Internship

Position Overview:

The Summer Internship program at UniBank is a full-time, paid program designed to complement and enhance academic studies through participation in different assignments and professional responsibilities. As an intern, you will work collaboratively as part of a team within a specific discipline: Retail Branch Administration, Marketing, Credit, Operations, Commercial Banking, Finance, Technology, HR or supporting one of our subsidiaries – Sterling Associates or UFASI. You will work alongside a mentor and be responsible for meaningful contributions to help us achieve our business goals. Each intern will have an individual project within their assigned department, a group project in partnership with other members of the intern class and will participate in at least one volunteer event during the summer. If you have an interest in Community Banking, this is the internship for you.

Knowledge, Skills, Education and Work Experience:

·        You must be a student or recent college graduate who received academic credit at an accredited college or university during the Fall 2023 semester with a GPA of  3.0 or higher.

·        Rising junior, senior or recent college graduate preferred.

·        We are looking for candidates who have demonstrated leadership, creativity and curiosity skills.

·        Ability to be resourceful and present potential solutions when necessary.

·        A willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.

·        Ability to multi-task, stay organized and be proactive at all times.

·        Solid verbal and written communications skills.

·        Ability to remain professional at all times.

·        Have an active interest in the Banking Industry.

·        Available to work a full-time schedule.
