Seasonal Lead

Main Purpose of the Job:

• To oversee a crew of 4 individuals to ensure the purity of various seed productions.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead other seasonal employees as a crew lead. Crew leads would drive the crews to fields.
• Assist Field Production department by removing crop off-types as directed by Production personnel
• Collect field data and enter into various paper and electronic medium.
• As experience allows, train and audit other less experienced seasonal employees regarding off-type removal.
• If available, assist in the preparation of the Wilder, ID facility for onion harvest, assist in onion harvest and reception.
