Data Consultant - No Experience, Salaried Training (November)

*Please note, client placements are arranged by Kubrick. You will not be expected to find your own placements; however, you will be expected to interview.  

Data Consultant Capabilities:  

As a consultant, you will become an integral part of enterprise data teams and critical to our clients’ digital data transformation, helping businesses deliver analytical data products using modern data science and machine learning approaches. After receiving training, you will be empowered to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions in today’s dynamic business landscape. 

Through practical training in leading-edge technologies delivered by our inhouse team, our consultants receive foundational knowledge of technical skills and commercial awareness. 

Overview:  

  • Foundational skills include Agile Methodologies, Requirements Engineering, Software Development Teamwork, Business Process Modelling, Product Design, Strategy, and Ownership.
  • Technical skills include and are not limited to:
  • Python, one of the world’s most popular programming languages
  • SQL, the standard language of data querying and manipulation
  • Snowflake and Databricks, two of the hottest data lake and data warehouse platforms
  • Machine Learning, delving into AI's subfield to develop algorithms and models crucial for predictive analytics, decision-making, & end-to-end ML workflows
  • Data Science, enabling analysis, interpretation, and extraction of insights from diverse data types, covering data collection, preprocessing, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), feature engineering, model building, deployment, and result communication.
  • Specialized sessions on Pandas for tabular data manipulation and Python Visualization for constructing and interpreting various statistical analysis plots.

Salary breakdown during 2.5-year program:

Our blend of high-quality training, access to exciting clients and projects, and dedicated support will set you on a rapid trajectory of career development and earning potential.

  • Training salary: $44,000 - $50,000*
  • 0-6 months: $55,000 - $66,000*
  • 6-12 months: $59,000 - $73,000*
  • 12-18 months: $66,000 - $77,000*
  • 18-24 months: $70,000 - $82,000*
  • Experienced (24+ months): $85,000 - $95,000+
  • Senior Consultant (based on internal promotion) - $93,000 - $108,000+

*Exact salaries are based on region within the US and adjusted for cost of living.

Salary potential beyond program:

After the 2.5 years, you will have the opportunity to earn up to $100,000-$160,000 as you progress with Kubrick or your client organization.

What We Need from You 

No relevant skills or experience in data or technology is required as we’ll introduce you to everything you need to know during the four months of training and will continue developing you throughout your employment with us.  

  • Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3 or above.
  • Geographic flexibility is a must - our clients are located in diverse and vibrant cities across the US, including Houston, Dallas, Tampa, Philadelphia, Chicago, New York and more. (At this time, remote work in this role cannot be carried out from any Pacific Time Zone states. We'd be happy to provide more information about this during the recruitment process.)
