This part-time job will take place in Pierce County & nearby counties. You will mostly be in River Falls, Ellsworth, Spring Valley, and Prescott. Main Office in Ellsworth, WI. 

Gain valuable experience and impact your community. Build relationships with youth organizations; assess current programming options; participate in coalition meetings to learn more about opportunities; develop/deliver programming to meet identified organizational needs; recruit volunteers; develop/adjust curriculum, activity/lesson plans for identified topics or program types; expand recruitment for programming participation; build the capacity of Wisconsin 4-H, the organization to reach new audiences; conduct evaluations for program improvement and additional programming requests. Qualifications for this position include: Ability to organize and work productively with indirect supervision; Demonstrated ability to value individual and cultural differences; Ability to communicate ideas effectively verbally, in writing, and through educational technology to adults and youth; Being available some evenings and weekends as needed; Work and prioritize independently; Proficient in Microsoft office and social media
