Baseball coach / Camp Counselor

Come to Camp Pontiac as a Baseball Counselor! We are a premier co-ed sleepaway camp in the NY Berkshires. This is an excellent position for a student who played high school varsity baseball or currently is a college club or varsity baseball player looking for a fun way to spend the summer! We offer:

Approximately two hours from both NYC and Boston; approximately 500 boys and girls ranging in age from 7 to 16 from mid-June through early-August.

Responsibilities and requirements include:

  • Coordinate and facilitate baseball program - instructing, teaching, & umpiring - for the camp
  • Work with experienced, long-time Baseball Program Head and other counselors
  • Live & work at camp with other counselors from all over the world

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Salary: $2,300.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • $300 travel + bonus. Daily meals, snacks, and overnight lodging included as is transportation for day trips on your days off and nights out.

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Experience:

  • High school varsity player or college club baseball player who loves to work with children.
