Mental Health Worker - DBT Program - $1000 Sign on Bonus

Are you hoping to make a difference in the life of a youth? We are looking to grow our talented team of mental health workers with Full Time Counselors. The DBT House is a residential treatment program that has been recognized for positive outcomes in the lives of adolescents over the last 15 years. Located in beautiful southern Vermont, the DBT House serves youth and their families by providing a safe and supportive environment for clients to learn and develop personal and life skills.  

Responsibilities for our staff include: supervising our clients; providing ongoing support, guidance, and role-modeling; and facilitating client improvement in the areas of personal responsibility, social skills, community living skills, and behavior. Candidates must have either a Bachelor’s degree, or two years of experience working with youth with emotional/behavioral challenges. Additionally, candidates must be able to communicate effectively, have a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. ​Background check required. Pay range $20.50-$23/hour, depending on experience.  We offer a generous benefits package, including tuition reimbursement.  Please include a cover letter and resume with your application.
