Seasonal Weekend Processor Needed

Role Summary:
The weekend processor will process returns from customers. They will complete inspections to ensure merchandise is in saleable condition before moving to inventory. They will communicate with leads and coordinators regarding receiving discrepancies or damage to returned merchandise.
Key Qualifications:
High School Degree or GED required - 1-5 years of experience in a returns environment, retail, wholesale, or direct-to-consumer warehouse operations
Must have an understanding of the English language, both written and verbal, and must be able to communicate and understand English during the interview process
Possess articulate verbal and written communication skills. Communicates in a timely and appropriate manner to all levels - Must know how to take ownership of an assigned area.
Good computer skills with the capability to learn new systems quickly - Excellent organizational and efficiency skills
Willingness to work weekend shifts
The incumbent is required to possess and sustain physical requirements including but not limited to: standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 30 lbs repeatedly, walking long distances repeatedly, bending, stooping, climbing ladders or stairs constantly, and manual dexterity of hands to process orders, push or pull up to 50 lbs
Must know how to distinguish between colors
May operate non-powered warehouse equipment (i.e., pallet jack,) which requires some coordinated movements
An understanding of working with computer-based systems
Role Description:
Receive incoming customer returns
Open, sort, and inspect units, ticket items
Utilize multiple computer programs concurrently
Attention to detail and productivity are key, as well as a positive attitude and flexibility
Effectively communicate in verbal and written formats
Maintain work area in a neat and organized manner
Know how to work in a team environment
Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor
