2024 Summer Intern Program- Finance Project Analyst Intern (Xome)(DFW)

Roles and Responsibilities:
The Finance Project Analyst Intern will support finance project manager with data modeling and data interpretation.
• Assist with buildout of full inventory roll and advanced analytics around newly developed business metrics
• Participate in monthly internal and external report preparation and ad-hoc projects
• Participate in testing for next phase of data governance and single source of truth for finance data
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of priorities and buy-in along the change curve
Basic Qualifications:
• Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or
• graduate degree from an accredited college/university or have graduated within one year of internship start (June 2024)
• Experience in statistics and analysis of large datasets
• Must be able to pass an Excel proficiency assessment
administered by the Finance team
• Must be local to the Lewisville, Texas area
• Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the
US without the need for sponsorship (Currently, our
organization is unable to support candidates that are on
OPT, CPT or candidates that will need sponsorship,
now or in the future)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent organizational and communication skills,
• Interest in the real estate industry
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to summarize complex issues
