Entry Level Position in Tech for a Non-Tech

Note: Only between 10 and 20% of a successful software company actually write code. We are looking for fresh graduates for the opportunity to observe the many talents and skills that are required across the departments of a high tech SaaS software company  in use by hundreds of organizations around the world.

For those of you who submitted your terms papers on time, found pulling together diverse sources easy, found connecting ideas fun, and you miss school not just for the partying but how you grew intellectually and socially as a person and left the teenage years behind, we are the place for you. If you've loved your work, we are for you. We balance innovation and discipline. Creativity and criticism. We want you to be YOU. We don't have a mold for you.

We want to be your first job in a small high tech company - there are 100 of us today - located in a tallish pinkish building across from Yale - as you discover yourself while you CONTRIBUTE your effort and talents and LEARN about how WORK is done and products built and supported. We are about change, opportunity and discovery.

We need help from a recent grad or a year or two out - someone who can write - someone who can analyze a work process and someone who can communicate and learn from others. interact with software engineers, security , sales, solutions, customer support, legal - the whole company! In time, move to another role that you wish to explore - talk to customers, analyze contracts, work in Marketing, run a booth at a conference, write blogs, find sales your dream, whatever. Reminder: In any tech company less than 20% of the people are actually tech.
