Case Assistant - Immigration Compliance

As part of the firm’s dynamic and diverse, 160-person, Chambers-ranked Business Immigration and Global Mobility Practice, the Case Assistant will support the practice by focusing on immigration compliance matters and projects including Form I-9 and E-Verify issues.
On any given day, you will:
- Work on the EB-5 immigrant investor program
- Conduct research, draft legal memoranda, briefs and detailed declarations
- Gather and assemble supporting evidence and documentation
- Multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Immigration experience is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Programs (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong research and writing skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task while working independently as part of a tem
