This position is designed to provide hands-on experience to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards of the organization, allowing an opportunity for individuals to apply what they have learned in a classroom environment while gaining new skills in a dynamic professional setting. Specific activities will vary by department.
Partner management supports the enterprise with partnership strategy, selection, contracting and performance management. The position will be supporting the development of the partner management playbook and core competencies required for the various roles. The team member will have an opportunity to support building out the process, documentation and tools to support the partner manager. Further, the position will provide an opportunity to participate in partner business reviews.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and/or representatives, providing information, options and taking the necessary action as needed
- Conduct research on projects/files that require in-depth study and analysis
- Gather and organize data for reports/projects
- Compose correspondence, emails
- Prepare written reports/projects
- Resolves problems and/or issues
- Attend, participate, and facilitate meetings.
- Collaborate on project plans and sponsor status updates to enable deliverables and timelines.

Job Requirements:
- Working towards a relevant degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Intellectual curiosity and the desire to learn
Preferred Experience:
- Pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in business, vendor management, operations, or related field.
- Interpersonal skills, ability to manage to objectives, develops relationships, collaboration.
- Communication: written, oral, phone. Know when to use the correct channel and speak to audience.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Sharepoint, Powerpoint
