Scientist

Scientific project manager 

Location: Lexington, MA

Qualifications:

Masters in biology, biochemistry, or chemistry. 

3+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in R&D, Manufacturing, or Clinical Operations. Experience while not necessary will be useful for the job. Candidates with less experience are also welcome to apply. Looking to fill the position ASAP.

Ability to Commute to Lexington MA and function as a full-time employee.

Proficiency in project management methodology and ability to utilize project management tools, Microsoft word and PowerPoint to support various projects.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities will include

  1. Documentation: Maintain thorough project documentation. Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of technology into the project where applicable. Stay updated on technological advancements relevant to the project.
  3. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement Implement lessons learned in future projects.
  4. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  6. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Day In Life

While there are opportunities for remote work, on any given workday, you will be expected to be able to commute effectively to Lexington, MA. You will be responsible for executing on several consulting projects. It is important to communicate effectively with the team and keep critical contacts in the loop but independent problem-solving is encouraged. 

Compensation

  1. Salary: 70k-100k
  2. Stock compensation package
