The Nebraska Division is in downtown Lincoln. With a population of nearly 290,000 and growing, Lincoln is one of the Midwest’s most affordable, accessible, and agreeable cities. It is a great place to live, to work and to raise a family - offering good schools, short commute times, recreation for all members of the family and a cost of living consistently below the national average.

Lincoln offers many amenities of larger cities yet has plenty of opportunities to get back to nature with ample outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, camping, hunting, and fishing. If you’re missing the big city life, Lincoln is only an hour from Omaha, a three-hour drive to Kansas City and within a day’s drive to Chicago, Minneapolis, Denver, and St. Louis.

In addition, Lincoln is a university town ---- home of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and the Husker sports programs. The university offers more than 52 specialized degree choices and has an enrollment of approximately 25,000 students. Fans turn the town to a sea of red on Husker football game days and the women’s volleyball team holds a nation-leading streak of 10 straight NCAA Regional Final appearances and has won five national championships (1995, 2000, 2006, 2015 and 2017).

Lincoln remains a hot housing market with listings selling quickly and prices remain on the rise, but home prices are still very reasonable. The median sale price of a home in Lincoln was $300K last month, up 11.1% since last year.

Lincoln is in southeastern Nebraska. This part of the State has average winter and summer high temperatures of 33° F (January) and 87° F (July), respectively.  The average annual precipitation is 31 inches.
