Pay Range: Actual pay may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for incentive compensation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
- Collaborate closely with the CIO to understand and align on organizational goals, priorities, and initiatives.
- Develop and communicate strategic plans, ensuring the alignment of the CIO's objectives with the broader business strategy.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the CIO on technology trends, innovations, and opportunities for business growth.
- Project and Program Management:
- Oversee the execution of key projects and programs under the CIO's purview, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, assigning responsibilities, setting milestones, and monitoring progress to achieve project objectives.
- Identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as a primary liaison between the CIO's office and other departments, senior leadership, and external partners.
- Foster strong relationships and effective communication channels to enhance collaboration and alignment across the organization.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver high-level presentations and reports on behalf of the CIO, summarizing key updates, achievements, and challenges.
- Develop communication strategies to keep the organization informed about technology initiatives, changes, and their impact.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Streamline processes within the CIO's office to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices for resource allocation, budget management, and procurement processes.
- Change Management:
- Lead change management efforts related to technology implementations and transformations, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
- Provide guidance and support to employees affected by technological changes.
- Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing team within the Office of the CIO, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Coach and mentor team members, providing opportunities for professional development and growth.
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position manages employees and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees.
Travel Requirements
Travel Requirements: Less than 25%
Education
Minimum of a 4 Year / bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred: Graduate Degree In related field.
Experience
Minimum Years of Experience
8 Years in leadership roles within IT, technology strategy, or project management.

- Strong understanding of technology trends, innovations, and their impact on business operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
