ADI’s Customer Operations team is seeking an intern to assist with all aspects of managing customers.  The intern will also gain exposure to multiple business models and the supply/demand mechanics of the semiconductor industry at ADI’s location in Dallas, TX. The Customer Operations team is a group of positive, hard-working, customer-centric employees who represent our company in a positive light when working on the front line with our customers.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Assist Customer Operations team with improvement initiatives both internally and with ADI’s customers
  • Support customer designs through sample and quoting activities
  • Proactively review customer backlog and forecasts to identify potential gaps in the supply chain
  • Assist with reporting and analytics related to forecasting, delivery performance, supply programs, and other customer centric metrics
  • Advocate customers' interests with Business Units, Supply Chain Management, and other departments

Minimum qualifications

  • Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Attention to detail with a tendency to think proactively
  • Personal ownership of all tasks/responsibilities for seeing projects through to completion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred qualifications

  • ERP (SAP) and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) experience
  • Experience with Power BI
